“Tachles,” openly and bluntly I state my opinion.
In the past few days, the media has reported several times about the flight of Israeli doctors who, as a result of the Israeli government’s recent legislation, see their future with their families outside Israel’s borders.
And who pounces on the Israeli doctors? The Persian Gulf states. They offer Israeli doctors attractive packages.
The whole fight for and against legal reforms has whet the appetites of doctors in the country, who are underpaid anyway, with the prospect of at last making the big bucks. “Israel without democracy is no longer fun, now we finally have a reason to make money. Abroad”. That’s the motto.
Who would have thought that the controversial legal reforms would have such an impact on Israeli society?
An organization of doctors considering leaving Israel over these reforms is growing. Several thousand doctors belong to the organization in various WhatsApp groups, and there they are actively promoting emigration to the Gulf states, where the best terms are on offer.

These are critical times for Israel as a nation. Let us always pray for the peace of Jerusalem! Hopefully, beyond the current political and social changes, the demonstrations, the anger that rages among some of the people against the current leadership; may the people of Israel remember they are truly safe only in their homeland. Israel is a homeland for the Jews with a biblical and historical purpose. Remember Israel’s ancient and modern history! We are are living in a very turbulent world, and we are witnessing very serious geopolitical developments and troubling times. The real questions are: will the country inviting you to come will also guarantee your family’s safety, peace, and security, outside borders of Israel–when and if a local or regional jihad is declared? And… Is more money worth the trouble? Think very hard!
If they are going to leave, probably be most welcome down under (Australia ) we seem to have half of India here, such a shortage of doctors.
When Israel comes to its senses politically maybe they might want to go back again. Israel is no longer a Democratic state. Was it ever a truly a fully Denocratic State? 🤔🔯
Israel still has to go through the time of Jacob’s trouble because of their sin and a remnant only will be saved. A terrible time to come! Then God will cleanse them of all their transgressions after the second advent of Jesus Christ and restore Israel.
I think you are wrongly interpreting scriptures about the Jewish people’s future. Their times of retribution have already been completed, and the time for the Lord God of Israel to bless and to restore His people has already begun.

The “two-third” of the Jewish people perished at the Holocaust, and today’s Jewish people are the “one-third” whom the Lord God of Israel has kept and is refining like silver and is testing like gold to make them truly His Holy People. It is tragic that so many evangelical Christians, especially American brothers and sisters, are believing in the wrong interpretation.
On the one hand, it is very sad to see those (presumably secular) Jewish doctors, who were gathered by the God of Israel, to leave the Promised Land again – this time chasing after their idol of wealth. On the other hand, if this situation was perceived as a national crisis, and the Interior Ministry lifted their interrogative interviews with Messianic Jews and made Aliya easy and straight forward, then that would be great. I would pray for that.
By the way, someone called “psalm100al” above, I think you are wrongly interpreting scriptures about the Jewish people’s future. Their times of retribution have already been completed, and the time for the Lord God of Israel to bless and to restore His people has already began.
