Why do Israeli politicians quote Bible promises and prophecies in their speeches? Why is the existence of Israel in this land confirmed by biblical law and not by international law? This and much more keeps cropping up in the Israeli media, and we also report on it. In recent days, the country’s media, especially the orthodox-religious media, have been thundering again. What does this have to do with a government minister entering the Temple Mount?
The Minister of National Security, Itamar Ben-Gvir, has again gone onto the Temple Mount, accompanied by many police. In a statement, he said he was praying for the return of the abductees so that “no reckless hostage deal and no submission” would take place. Israeli Interior Minister Moshe Arbel condemned the visit of his government colleague Itamar Ben-Gvir to the Jewish Temple Mount a few hours after his Orthodox Shas party called on Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu not to worry about votes in the coalition, but to release the Israeli hostages now and as quickly as possible.

How long will it be before the Orthodox realize it is their show of weakness that keeps people like Hamas fighting? The idea that, ‘if all of Israel is not willing to fight them, Hamas, then they can bring the rest of Israel down to the Orthodox level of submission.’ Hamas would love Israel to submit to them.
Is that truly what the Lord wants? The Pharisees had the Israeli’s submitted to them and they were submitted to Rome, what happened to Israel next?
I don’t understand why the orthodox Chief rabbinate, objects to Jews visiting the Temple Mount, but seems OK with Muslims worshiping at the Dome of the Rock ?
