When the blood of innocent Iranians is spilled on the streets of Tehran and the Western capitals fall into deafening silence, the mask of “mercy” has fallen.

Since the people in Iran are not calling out to Europe but to Jerusalem, and the Europeans remain silent at the same time, it proves that the West is morally bankrupt. For months, tens of thousands of demonstrators in Europe and America disguised themselves as advocates of humanity while raging against Israel, but today, as the Persian people rise up at the risk of their lives against a murderous mullah regime, the squares remain empty. This selective compassion reveals itself for what it has always been: not a fight for freedom, but an obsession against the Jewish state.

The sharp contrast between the massive, often violent mobilizations for the Gaza Strip and the deafening silence in the face of the freedom struggle in Iran unmasks the West’s moral crisis with terrifying clarity.
