“For me,” she said after descending that holy plateau, being at “the Temple Mount was a metaphysical leap.” During our interview, I learn that Amrani’s experience is that of many others, a new phenomenon demonstrating that for Jews, the Temple Mount, in glory and in ruin, has the power to rekindle Jewish souls. And perhaps that is why today there is so much opposition to Jews visiting the site.
Amrani is a strategic consultant with an MA in political science. A hard-nosed conservative who isn’t afraid to speak her mind, she is widely known through her newspaper columns, TV appearances and social media activity. What she’s become most known for of late is her harsh criticism of Prime Minister Benjamin “Bibi” Netanyahu.
