I don’t like AI. There, I said it.
Ever since accessible AI emerged, it has developed and advanced so rapidly that it is sometimes difficult to distinguish what is human-generated from what is AI-generated. At first, AI was designed to make our lives easier – a genie in a bottle that encompasses all the world’s information, can summarize and rewrite your school papers, plan a two-week trip to Europe, and guide you on how to open your first Etsy shop.
Or, in ChatGPT’s own words:
“I’m ChatGPT, an AI developed by OpenAI. At my core, I’m a language model—specifically, part of the GPT (Generative Pre-trained Transformer) family. My job is to understand and generate human-like text based on the input I receive.”
Simple enough, right? You type a sentence into the search bar, and within 1.5 seconds, it will give you an answer or solution humans can only dream of reaching within 5-7 business days. But at some point, thanks largely to the lack of belief in God or an epidemic...
