I’d like to take this opportunity to appeal for your support. Many folks are not aware that Israel Today is an independent news journal produced by local Israeli Jewish and Christian Yeshua-believers and supported by you, our readers.
Our team not only produce faith inspired news about Israel, we live here, raise our children here, fight in the army and do what we can to serve our country. This means that we may have different political or even spiritual perspectives on what is happening in our country, and we see this as a good thing since it reflects the diversity and colorful nature of Israel.
We are committed to reporting to you what we see here on the ground as the Lord’s plans for Israel unfold before our eyes. The Spirit of God works in marvelous ways and we do not pretend to understand it all, but try to give you our readers a taste of the major events in Israel and the Middle East so that you can stay informed and pray informed, as we like to say.
A guiding principle for us comes from the words in 1 Samuel 19: “The Eternity of Israel will never lie” – נצח ישראל לא ישקר.
This is our faith in the victory of the people of Israel against its enemies, and in this hope our team lives and works to keep you informed even when things look tough.
Finally, I personally and the entire team at Israel Today want to express our sincerest gratitude to you for the support and encouragement you have shown over the years for our work among our people in Israel. I hope you will continue to be inspired to support us in our mission to stand together as Jews, Christians, Arabs and Israelis for Zion’s sake, for which we will not be silent.
