MembersTachles with Aviel – Yesterday there was a bang at the cabinet table

Israel’s government is worse than a kindergarten! Last night there was an explosion not only in the Gaza Strip and Lebanon, but also in the cabinet.

A topic that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has so far avoided. The cabinet meeting erupted in anger from right-wing ministers over the appointment of an internal IDF investigation into the October 7 failure without the consent of Israel’s political leadership. Last night we reported on our Telegram channel that the army had opened an internal investigation after 90 days of war. But this shows once again what I have warned about several times in recent weeks, namely that our leadership is simply acting as a role model, especially at a time when our boys and girls are defending the country. You can have different opinions and discuss things, but if you can’t talk respectfully, then it should stay behind closed doors. You can also criticize the IDF Chief of General Staff, but with respect. And respect in government has disappeared.

A dramatic meeting of senior ministers who slowly began to plan Gaza’s post-war governance reportedly ended in a loud and angry argument between ministers and military officials in the early hours of the morning. The explosion came...

  1. Vernon Ryan says:

It is a sad thing that those who are doing the fighting are also those who are doing the praying and seeking the Lord. It should be happening on both ends of this war.

Blinken knows nothing about how Gaza should be governed after the conflict is over, I reference the Biden administration and Blinken to how they did things in Afghanistan, in case anyone has forgotten. If, they have any common sense what-so-ever, they would be smart to let Israel do what is necessary. But, they have shown absolutely nothing of the kind over the last three years.

Pleased to note that Bibi called a halt to it. As to Gaza, the only answer is God’s answer: Ezekiel 47:22ff.

22 You are to allot it as an inheritance for yourselves and for the foreigners residing among you and who have children. You are to consider them as native-born Israelites; along with you they are to be allotted an inheritance among the tribes of Israel.

It won’t be easy. We are all having to live with very similar problems – minus the guns and bombs, for the moment.
