
To be clear, the following relates to a specific Presbyterian denomination and not to all Presbyterians. Although, as of today, and as far as I know, the four American Presbyterian denominations–the Evangelical Covenant Order of Evangelical Presbyterians, the Evangelical Presbyterian Church, the Presbyterian Church in America and the Orthodox Presbyterian Church–have not yet voiced a protest against the stand of PCUSA.
With this in mind, this year’s Martin Luther King Day, that fell on January 17, gave J. Herbert Nelson II, a Stated Clerk of the Presbyterian Church (PCUSA), the opportunity to join the “Woke” crowd in defaming Israel. “The continued occupation in Palestine/Israel is 21st century slavery, and should be abolished immediately,” said the, notably black, Christian. As far as this ugly man is concerned, it is Israel of all nations to be singled out for “dehumanizing marginalization and enslavement of other human beings.”
Even if these accusations were true (No! They are blatant lies), why choose Israel? Why, when World Population Review clearly identifies the top 10 countries engaged...
