Koran 4:24 justifies the sexual enslavement of non-Muslim women.  Professor Saud Salah, an Islamist scholar at the prestigious Al Azhar University in Egypt, has ruled that Muslim men are permitted by Allah to rape non-Muslim women in order to humiliate them.  Using such rulings as justification, numerous Islamist terror groups from Boko Haram to ISIS to Hamas rape and gang rape women and girls whom they perceive to be infidels.   These same rulings are also used by Palestinian terrorists to rape Jewish women and girls in the State of Israel.

The ultimate humiliation

According to Dr. Mordechai Kedar, such treatment of non-Muslim women in the Islamic world dates back to the earliest days of the faith, when the Prophet Mohammed married Saffiya bint Huttay, a Jewish woman whose tribe was defeated and whose women were captured. Kedar says that in Arab culture, victory over Islam’s enemies must be total: “The ultimate victory is when you humiliate your enemy and the ultimate humiliation is when you rape your enemies’ daughter, if possible before his eyes.”
