IDF officials told the Knesset Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee last month that “there is no such concept as settler violence” in Judea and Samaria.
Between Oct. 7, 2023 and Feb. 24, 2024, authorities registered 256 incidents, a decrease of 50% compared to the same period a year earlier.
“There is nationalistic crime, but we are talking about a few incidents,” senior military officials said.
An investigation shows that except for one of the seven, previously linked to violent incidents against Arabs, the other six were not known to the Shin Bet and Israel Police.
