On this holy memorial day, when we commemorate Israel’s fallen, I would like to tell you a tragic story that took place during the First Lebanon War in 1982.

Memorial Day creates a deep connection between the personal and the national. Especially this year, we have to focus on our personal remembrance and imbue ourselves with its powerful human strength.
